Destiny..

I had been getting on the internet for quite a few months, searching...I had always thought, for someone who would find me interesting.  I wrote the usual comments on the social sites.. ranging from poetic quotes to funny lines.. just trying to get someone to notice.
After writing mostly poetry for a while, but still.. always looking for...at first,  other poets...then other writers. I knew I would find what I wanted, I just did not know what it would be.
It was her name that piqued my interest at first, it was unique, it stood out in my mind,  like seeing one good looking woman in a room full of beautiful women.
Her avatar she used on her posts was a picture of a pretty girl, with a great smile. I figured she was like most women on the site, using a fake picture in order to remain unknown.  I had seen her comment on a few other posts and she seemed very intelligent.  There was something about her comments, she had a way of holding others back with short, trite comments and would not interact past that.
As it happened, I saw her comment on a post I was following, I thought ...here is my chance. I  plussed her comment to draw her attention at first, hoping that she would check my move and look at my profile, then I added her to my stream... knowing that she would add me soon after.
Of course my confidence soared when I saw her add me to her stream. Now.. I could make my move.
Waiting patiently, like a lion in the brush, for the delicate antelope to come by..to spring my trap, I seen her comment on another post and I sprung. I started by getting her to interact with me, by addressing her by name, I then waited to see if she would respond. My heart was starting to pound in my chest, I actually felt like a teenager at the school dance, hoping the sweetest girl there would dance with me. It seemed like an hour had elapsed, but it was only a few minutes, when I seen she had responded. I sprung into action.
I asked her "write me a small poem" .... challenging her creative brain, little did I know she was very creative. She then  answered me by surprising me with a question of her own. "You write one first" she said.
It was then I knew she was the one...
